We had a surprise visitor to our serviced apartments in Aberdeen this morning.

Mr Ian Farquharson popped in to our onsite hotel reception after discovering an old photo in his loft last week.

It’s a photo of him standing on our rooftop in 1963!!!!!
And he brought the original camera used to take the snap with him.

He was overwhelmed when we took him straight up to recreate the shot and even more blown away when we invited him and his partner back later this year for a complimentary weekend in the penthouse with full access to the rooftop garden.

He says we made his day – he certainly made ours!
